Francis Obonyo Alphonse is a management consultant with more than four years of experience in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closure of operations for projects in the private and non-profit sectors. He has an extensive background in planning and managing cross-functional operations in the profit and non-profit sectors. 

Francis has led and managed a broad array of operation systems and processes for projects ranging from national in Uganda to regional in East Africa and continental across Africa. 

At Muyi, Francis ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another by maximizing processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness, supporting the formulation and implementation of strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.

Francis is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute USA. He holds a certificate in project management from Grey Campus USA, a certificate in human resource management from Aston America University, a certificate in advanced human rights from the Centre for Human Rights University of Pretoria and a bachelor’s degree in law from Makerere University in Uganda.
